Great - except for loud music all day long
Perfect location. Could walk to the Thermas water park, as well as local restaurants. The complex also includes a small mall with a great food court, ice skating rink and a Burger King. It was nice to be able to leave the car parked in the underground garage instead of in the hot sun. The property is a mix of apartment buildings and hotel rooms. Two buildings are still under construction. The rooms were very spacious, by Brazil standards, and included two AC units. My only complaint would be how noisy it was from 9 am till dark they would set up a big PA system on chairs in the middle of the pool area and blast loud music, intermixed with various announcements and games. I understand that they want to make things entertaining, but it was often so loud you could hardly talk to anyone, and since the pools are right in the middle of everything, the sound rises up into the rooms. I’d recommend that they save the loud DJ part for a few hours in the afternoon and the rest of the time just play something cheery and peaceful from small speakers around the pool area. One wants a little peace on a vacation.

Passeio em Olímpia
Fui para Olímpia conhecer o parque hot beach e fiquei hospedado neste hotel. O hotel conta com um espaço para crianças nas piscinas. O chão da parte molhada é super escorregadio. Meu filho ficou com ralados e escoriações dos tombos que ele levou. Todas as crianças caíam. Inclusive eu caí ao tentar levantar meu filho em um dos tombos. A água na parte infantil não é termal. No apartamento havia um forte cheiro desagradável que vinha do ralo do banheiro. Como ele não tem janela, precisamos abrir todo o quarto e tampar os ralos com os tapetes para amenizar. Os travesseiros são bem ruins. Todos encaroçados como se tivessem passado por uma máquina de lavar. O complexo do hotel é bem grande. Nos dias de movimento é necessário muita paciência para andar nos elevadores. São três por torre. A parte de alimentação é ok. Poderia melhorar pelo valor cobrado, porém é difícil avaliar dado a quantidade enorme de pessoas a serem atendidas. Acabei não aproveitando todas as opções de entretenimento do hotel, como a própria piscina e áreas de lazer. É um lugar legal. Para quem vai para a cidade conhecer os parques igual eu fui, creio que há opções mais modestas porém mais em conta que possam atender bem.

Apesar de muitas opções de diversão, o chuveiro é bem ruim e nós acordaram às 8 horas para verificar o frigobar. Sem noção quem colocou isso como rotina do hotel. Falei na recepção sobre isso e me responderam que era o hábito no hotel. Não voltarei, afinal fui pra descansar!

Boa opção para resorts na região. Thermas ao lado.
Hospdegem em família para completar uma viagem maior. Hotel bem localizado, com boa estrutura e grande variedade de lazer. Equipe de atendimento disposta, ricas opções de refeições. Realmente fica ao lado do Thermas dos Laranjais e dá para ir caminhando. Recomendo a visita, especialmente com algum desconto/promoção ocasional. Atenção para equipamentos no playkids com marcas de ferrugem e que devem ser trocados com brevidade. Alguns brinquedos também apresentavam necessidade de manutenção, com parafusos soltos.

Hotel com alimentação e diversão
Hotel com todo o suporte para estadia diversão e alimentação que é de boa qualidade e a vontade também com suco, água e refrigerante, muito bom. Minha sugestão é para que eles se organizem melhor quanto ao tempo de espera para entregar e guardar o carro no estacionamento e nos entregar o veículo no sistema de manobrista.

Esperávamos mais do hotel de uma forma geral! Ficamos no Ilhas do Lago em Caldas Novas e é bem diferente, tanto a estrutura do hotel como os serviços: -Muitos promotores oferecendo para compra de cotas do empreendimento - chega a ser constrangedor, até mesmo pela gerente arrogante; -A estrutura do hotel não comporta o volume de hóspedes (elevadores sempre congestionados); -A alimentação do restaurante do hotel é muito boa, entretanto o piso parece que nunca é lavado, pois conforme você anda, a sugeria gruda nos sapatos; -Piscinas sem condições de uso devido ao espaço - muitos hóspedes paras as piscinas; -Internet Wi-Fi não funciona no 1401 D; -Enfim, teriam outras, mas o tempo não nos permite!

Fui em alta temporada. Hotel cheio! Muito cheio! Sao 900 quartos... É muita gente! Pontos positivos: apesar do batalhão de gente o atendimento foi cordial e tranquilo. Check relativamente rápido (faça o pré cadastro ajuda muito). Quarto: bom quarto, tem uma sala, uma mini cozinha com microondas (leve o que for usar, não tem prato, copo, talher, nada). TV boa e sacada legal, até ampla. Banheiro: MINUSCULO, apertado mesmo. Café da manha: muito bom! Farto, com bastante variedades, bem servido, etc. Mas chegue cedo.. na alta temporada é MUITA GENTE!. Piscinas: é o ponto fraco, considerando o numero de pessoas. Pequenas para tanta gente. Não se iluda com as fotos! Não comporta tanta gente. Nem entrei. As internas então.... minusculas. A area da piscina é bem cheia e disputada. O dia inteiro é barulho na piscina. Mas se vc fechar a porta da sacada do aparatamento e a janela, super tranquilo. 22 h o barulho começa a acabar. Não é barato o que vc dispoe para beber e comer na area da piscina, mas é bem feito e de boa qualidade. Localizaçao: excelente. Na "boca" do Thermas e junto a varios pontos comerciais: restaurantes, farmacias, outras diversoes, etc. Atendimento: apesar de muito, muito cheio os funcionários sempre foram muito prestativos e educados. Estacionamento bem amplo, mas não precisei tirar o carro de lá. Tudo perto. Check in e check out rápidos, apesar do tanto de gente. Elevadores: tem que esperar um pouco, pelo numero de gente, mas nada que irrite. Prefira andares altos!

Pelo preço que pagamos sinceramente esperávamos mais. A localização do hotel é excelente, mas precisam muito melhorar algumas coisas, a limpeza dos quartos é basicamente trocar os lixos apenas. Os quatros dias que ficamos, o chão não foi limpo e nem as toalhas foram trocadas, apesar de ter um aviso falando sobre a troca delas a cada três dias. Sobre as refeições, infelizmente a comida deixa muito a desejar, sempre tem algo salgado demais, ou duro, ou sem sabor. Nenhum bolo é gostoso, todos bem "massudos" e as sobresas com excessão do pudim, é cheia de chantilly ou glacê. As piscinas são muito pequenas para quantidade de pessoas, e estavam tão quente, que você não aguentava ficar muito tempo nelas. A sala de jogos é muito pequena e com poucas mesas em comparação ao tamanho do hotel. Os shows que tivemos a noite foi excelente. As brincadeiras do tio Chumbinho tbm alegravam e nos divertiam muito. Tbm sempre tem atração para as crianças tbm se divertirem. Outra coisa é sobre os vendedores de plantão, eles pareciam urubus, e perderam totalmente o senso. Vc literalmente não tinha paz com eles te rodeando e oferecendo brindes para participar em reuniões e comprar o plano deles, faziam isso a toda hora, me incomodou muito. Mesmo dizendo que ja tinhamos participado. Diziam que a reunião era apenas meia hora, no final foi duas horas. Eu sinceramente não pretendo ficar novamente nesse hotel. Pois é o segundo ano que fico e as reclamações que tenho são as mesmas. Não houve mudanças.
