Lack of communication led us to have a car in the garage while work was done in it and we were told we could not leave with the vehicle as it would damage the work. "I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. Jonatan was also very nice, always saying hi and asking us if we needed anything. Everyone in the reception area was helpful. I needed to print something and they helped me with the matter. The room was kept clean and house keeping was great! Overall I think it’s an excellent hotel. I wished the pool was bigger but there’s a beach right across the street so that’s not a problem. I will definitely stay here again and I’m so happy I picked this property. It’s also centered where there’s restaurants and establishments all around. I will suggest to book the breakfast because it was so good and worth it (in my opinion). Honorable mention to Mayra who checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Also to Jonatan. Marcos helped us with our luggage and he was nice as well. Stay here for a pleasant experience! "
