"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"Half way through my 10 day stay, I was told I would need to move to another hotel because of scheduled maintenance. The next hotel, owned by the same people, was much nicer and had more food services, so I am not complaining about this move. It was just unexpected."

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid. "Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7.
