"The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. Our suite on the 3rd floor was very clean, quaint and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel, and it was great having a smart tv to watch Netflix at night. "We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design.
