Everything was great, location very close to airport but not near Fira or Oia... but they are only 20 min cab ride away... Good hotel to chill, dj playing summer vibey music that stops at 7pm and the breakfast and lunch was great.

He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from check-in to restaurant recommendations. His local knowledge truly made our dining experiences memorable. Amazing stay on Nikki Beach. It’s located close to airport on the black beach. We took day trips to see Oia and Fira (35 euro one way taxi/ Uber). Although the taxi added up we were glad to come back to Nikki beach which was peaceful / had the pool to relax at and amazing tunes. Oia and Fira are crowded with so many tourists we were glad to come back to our little oasis here.

I love the location, away from the crowds in Oia and Fira. They provided all the amenities we needed. The only thing that could have been better is the ability to heat the jetted tube for our room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Staff at the property were extremely nice and I mean extremely. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure you were comfortable and made accommodations they really didn’t have to in order to enhance your stay. The one and only knock I have on the property is the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in very bad condition. Showers leaking onto the bathroom floor. Sewer smell coming from the vent in the bathroom floor. Only stayed for 2 nights so we bared with it but would’ve been very annoying if we had a longer stay in Santorini. But that’s more of an ownership problem. I don’t want to take anything away from the staff because they were great in every way !

We loved our stay at Nikki!

Wonderful resort right next to the beach. Great service all the way thru. Rooms are spacious and well supplied, couches and TV's are in great shape and bed. Restaurant has great food and breakfast. The beach has great access to the ocean, it's a little rocky everywhere on the island, this resort has made a perfect ocean access in front of the cabanas that are free for everyone to use with fantastic service.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! They made us feel welcomed since the minute we got to the property. Furthermore they consistently and with a smile provided excellent service thru our entire stay. It’s a quiet place with the beach area conveniently located at the property. Extensive seating near the beach. If you want to hangout by the pool; make sure you reserve the seats in advance as availability is limited. Food and drinks availability was great too. Keep in mind it’s far away from the crowd and madness of Oía town (famously known for it’s sunset) but you can take a ride there and spend the day like we did. Overall great stay! It’ll be stay here again.

Not worth the money

The property needs to get updated the showers in the locker room were rotted with rust , bad sewer smell. Very hot , no AC in the locker rooms. The pool is Ice cold, same with your personal in room pool, unless you are into bear plunge you will not enjoy the pool at all. Three rooms need upgrade furniture stain, poor quality towels. This was a most disappointing stay. We arrived in the afternoon to stay for two nights. The housekeepers knocked on our door at 10:30 pm the first night to offer us water and to check on our towels. Despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they knocked the next morning, apologized and said they would come back. When we returned to our room at 9 pm that evening, they had not returned. It took another hour before they arrived. The upside was a very comfortable bed and a small but lovely private pool. There was hot water (not always the case in Greece) but the shower knob was installed incorrectly so it needed to point at cold to get the water hot. The only restaurant option was very expensive for mediocre food. A bottle of water was 7€ each. Cocktails were 22€ each. The breakfast was nice but the waitstaff was standoffish and unfriendly. The hotel was not close to anything so transportation anywhere was very expensive. It was 37€ to Oia via Uber. Even worse, the airport was a 5-minute drive and it cost 55€ for two people. There are more affordable places to stay in Santorini with friendlier staff and better options for dining and transportation.
