Centrally located. Friendly reception and service. Small rooms, and we had no hot water duting our stay. Were told the problem is not new... Breakfast is okay, but quite basic. Very slow coffee machine, no fruits, no eggs... Good for one night, but we wouldn't stay there for longer.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately we could not shower properly, as the water couldn’t get hot. We received a compensation, which was quite fair. Apart from that we liked the room and the breakfast.

Domingo de resurrección en pareja

La cama cómoda, la almohada muy blanda, la bañera con algún desperfecto por los años, calefacción en habitación y baño. El hotel modesto pero muy bien decorado. Muy buena localización y buen precio.

Llegamos al hotel un viernes a las 16:00h y nos fuimos el domingo a las 12:00h. En todo ese tiempo, no hubo ni una gota de agua caliente. En el norte y en septiembre, ducharse con agua fría puede ser muy revitalizante... o te puede dar un infarto. Desde la recepción del hotel, lo único que nos decían es que iba a pasar el técnico. Técnico que nunca apareció. Espero que la excursión del IMSERSO que entraba cuando nosotros salíamos, tengan mejor suerte y, para cuando quieran ducharse, el agua caliente funcione.

Santona et Noja.

Il y a eu un probleme de reservaion de dernière minute alors aue le site hotel.com avait valide celle ci. La personne qui nous a reçus a tres bien gérée le problème et nous a propose une solution de replis ce qui nous a permis de visiter un autre endroit. Nous avons pris la bonne chambre le lendemain.

Llamé para avisar de la hora de llegada y nos dijeron que está la reserva pero no hay habitaciones libres. Así que nos enviaron a otro hotel de la cadena en otro municipio. Pésima gestión de reservas.

Excesivo calor en la habitación.

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y la luz de emergencia de la puerta era muy fuerte e iluminaba mucho la habitación. Hemos tenido bastantes dificultades para conciliar el sueño.
