"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"Unit was tidy, and well maintained. Any problems were solved quickly. Location is good but like most of the philippines traffic noise is high! Suggested improvements would be a real mattress on the bed instead of foam. Otherwise no problems here at all!"

"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. "Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. "My husband and liked the Taal volcano view, so refreshing to walk around the facilities, the buffet breakfast has variety of foods to savour. We loved it. "The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of. "
