"Really lovely hotel with kind staff. Only thing differed from listing is that the coffee shop on first floor is closed. But 7-11 a couple blocks away and a nice karaoke resto-bar one block away. "

"Me and my fiance stayed here this october going into November and I can honestly say it was a breath taking experience, our main man Paul was our man with the plan made sure our room was nice and tidy everyday me and my fiance made sure to tip him good for his service. I definitely want to come back here someday soon."

"The hotel itself offers a clean, comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services, making for a mostly pleasant stay. The small rooftop terrace pool is a nice facility. While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient. The need to order extra items led to additional charges, which seemed excessive, with a 100-peso fee per item delivered to the room. The hotel seemed peso pinching and claimed the room service charge was clear and part of hotel policy but no common sense charging was applied with 1700 pesos charged for 4000 pesos of items delivered during the week. Often the room Service Charge well exceeded the cost of the item. Beware ordering a cup of coffee. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. The experience was further marred by an unfortunate billing dispute; staff were unhelpful and even made a late-night call on the day before checkout regarding the bill at 1.15am. They then proceeded the guest’s passport until the charges were settled or agreed felt unnecessary and intrusive. While the room itself was enjoyable, the experience was soured by these extra fees and billing issues with front desk having little autonomy or common sense approach simply referring to signage and hotel policy . In the future, I’d recommend Big 8 Hotel or similar for a better value buffet breakfast with far more options and fairer charging ."

"I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. "

"Wir haben dort zwei Nächte mit der Familie verbracht und hatten drei Deluxe-Zimmer, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben. Sie sind groß, hell und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Er eignet sich auch gut für kleine Kinder. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Essenspreise, die meiner Meinung nach zu hoch sind. Bei einem Frühstück für 450 Pesos pro Person sollte zumindest eine zweite Tasse Kaffee enthalten sein. Zudem wartet man sehr lange auf das bestellte Essen. "
