WORSE THAN A PRISON! RUN FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
I am having a nightmarish, hellish time here. The rooms here are like prison cells, quite literally. They are not like in the pictures, they are so small that the bed is up against the walls on 3 sides. They have one bare lightbulb and are dark and dreary. The air conditioning doesn't work in any of the rooms. In fact homeless shelters are nicer than this. The place is not as described. There are not english speaking staff. It is not indicated on the website that the bathrooms are shared. When I arrived there was no toilette paper in any of the bathrooms. The first room I got had an air conditioner that didn't work, in that it would only put out super cold air at high velocity. This made me feel sick and prevented me from sleeping. But they are still trying to charge me for that night. Then they gave me another room where the air conditioner didn't make it cold enough, and the door is very hard to get open, so I am constantly stuck in or out and actually hurt my hand trying to open it. I tried to get the woman who is working right now to give me another room but she is refusing. Even though there are plenty of rooms open and I am one of the only people staying here. When I went to use the kitchen I found they do not have proper kitchenware and it cannot be used. And they are trying to charge me a rate I didn't agree to. And if that wasn't bad enough, I found multiple different types of hairs, including pubic hairs, in my bed, which means the sheets weren't cleaned befre me
