"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

"I hesitate to write this review as I feel selfish and want to keep this hotel gem in Lisbon for me only :) What a GREAT property: great friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is also very well located, 2 minutes away from a major central subway station (Marquês de Pombal) and a close walk to the old part of town (Baixa & Chiado) and to the business district (Saldanha). "

"best location in lisbon, 1/2 mile walk to the main tourist area, just outside all the chaos. staff was excellent, room was very quiet. one odd issue the door handle came off when trying to open the door. will stay here on our next trip."
