"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

"Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Paty's Garden. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pela simpatia da Paty, Bira e Fabricia, além do restante do staff. Já conhecíamos o bistrô de uma outra viagem, que serve refeições muito saborosas. O quarto em que ficamos foi bem confortável e a pousada toda tem uma decoração cuidadosa. Agradecemos ao Bira por nos preparar um café da manhã às 5h no dia da partida, pois o nosso voo era bem cedo. Enfim, esperamos voltar sempre!"

"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."
