"so many great places to eat walking distance. i love it that they have indoor laundry area which have both washing machine and dryer. my only feedback is that it seems that most of the time there is no one manning the counter which can be quite inconvenient when you need assistance. however overall i would definitely stay here again if i ever come to bangkok in the future!"

"We like the location because it’s very close from everything but you don’t hear a thing from outside. Hostel style it’s good value for money but note that all the room are advertise with a private bathroom but there is only shared bathroom. Matress is very rough but ok for one night. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. "

"I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the sound from the AC, sometimes it tends to get abit loud for a few minutes and then back to normal again. Other then that the surrounding area is good, there is a gym nearby, school, parks, mall, king power duty free mall and finding food and drinks is not a problem at all."

"A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. "Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
