The maids were nice, but the front end staff messed up our reservation, claiming we had reserved only 1 room and changed us extra for the 2nd room. Next morning they miraculously had found the original reservation but now did not want to refund the extra night they had charged. Expedia could not help, citing this was the hotel's policy (technically correct, as the extra night had not been booked through Expedia). This also made us quite suspicious of leaving the $100 security deposit. But since it was 2AM we were out of options. It looks like the deposit was later released. The Breakfast buffet was quite good. Standards of rooms and hallways I would say "worn down" - obviously in need of re-flooring, re-painting. Internet was a bit on and off; coverage a little on the spotty side but speed was ok when in range. I'd recommend staying away due to the front desk mess and policies. Or at least make sure to not pay anything directly to the hotel, only through Expedia.

Excelente localização mas fraco de serviço
Quarto amplo, cozinha equipada com micro-ondas e talheres, banheiro ok com banheira. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, entramos quarto ja estava sujo, com lixo no beiral da janela, coisas no chão, fui ao banheiro descanso e voltei com pé sujo de andar no banheiro. Sem ar condicionado, colocaram um portátil que jogava ar quente junto com ar frio. Mas muito bem localizado. Café da manhã bem básico, até manteiga chegou a faltar, mas com opções de pães, frios, bebidas frias.

Quarto Sujo, falta de higiene geral!
Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, ao parecer esquecerem de fazer uma limpeza no quarto, um cheiro a húmido, faltando um pouco de ventilação no local, banheiro todo sujo. foi reclamado na recepção das condições do quarto e logo foi resolvido, porem fica a sensação que a cama só foi estendida, sem a troca dos lençóis. cabelos e falta de limpeza no banheiro, mesmo depois de ter reclamado, como estava cansado, ficou por isso mesmo. na hora do check-in, outra turista esta reclamando pela mesma situação, falta de higiene no banheiro.

Un verdadero desastre, la reserva la hice para mi esposo, llego ayer en la noche al hotel, no habia citofono para la recepción en la habitación, quizo darse una ducha y practicamente no habia agua y mucho menos agua caliente, llegó muy cansado se lavo con la poca agua fria que habia. En la madrugada se levantó al baño y no habia agua y hoy en la mañana solo agua fria, por lo que hizo ver su malestar en el check out, nadie le dio una explicación, nadie respondió no supieron que decirle, vio que habian otros pasajeros extranjeros en la misma situación sin agua, hare el reclamo correspondiente al sernac y solicitar el reembolso del dinero,, ya que este hotel no cumplió con algo tan básico y esencial como lo es el agua, y lo poco que habia en algunos momentos era fria , estamos en pleno invierno y las temperaturas estan muy bajas. Absolutamente decepcionada, tenia 2 reservas mas con ellos en unas fechas futuras, que obviamente cancelare. Pésima experiencia

A entrada inicialmente foi incrível. Ficamos encantado com o quarto. O hotel passava por reformas em alguns quartos o que não prejudicou a estadia, porém: O único aquecedor que havia no quarto não tinha força suficiente para criar condições confortáveis; A internet vivia caindo, não foi possível utilizar os serviços de streaming (somente pelo celular por meio de rede de dados pessoal) O colchão era fundo em um lado; A água não era quente e nós dois últimos dias não pudemos tomar banho pois não tinha água aquecida. Quanto a sustentabilidade, a recepção do hotel recomendou deixar a torneira de água quente aberta, o que deixa dúvidas quanto a sustentabilidade seguida pelo hotel. Por fim, não menos importante, solicitamos serviço de refeições por entrega. Apesar de já ter pago pelo aplicativo o serviço nunca foi entregue (segundo o app, foi entregue na recepção do hotel), solicitei contato com a recepção via WhatsApp e até hoje aguardo o retorno, não sei se o entregador realmente entregou o pedido (apesar do hotel ter 4 câmeras em sua entrada,

O quarto é super amplo, cama e chuveiro são ótimos! Uma grande vantagem é que possui uma mini cozinha e a desvantagem é que não tinha produtos para limpeza dos utensílios, o que dificultou preparar qualquer alimento. O hotel fica em uma rua calma e linda do bairro providência, e o comércio mais próximo fica a aproximadamente 1km, que é Sky Constanera. Nas duas últimas noites me incomodou muito o barulho dos hóspedes batendo portas e gritando nos corredores, parecia que eu estava em uma escola, esse ponto foi muito negativo.
