"Fabulous modern hotel made to look like the castle nearby. Lots of quirky features. Room superb, lovely bed linen and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body cream all available in-room. "The beds were uncomfortable and the wife was almost hurt when she sat up and the bed tilted. The towels were like sandpaper. We had to phone someone to get in, who didnt speak anu english which I know isnt expected in their own country. Fortunately I managed. Others might not. Location was the best ..."

"On arrival ther was nobody on site - no guests, no reception - had to ring number - no reservation. Man on reception checked and had received reservation and text us the way to let ourselves in.
