"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. "We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again."

"Right across from the bus station and a block from the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants all around. A couple of blocks from Botin arts center and waterfront. Great location. "

"The room was exactly as you might imagine for student accommodation in that there was a bathroom, bed, desk and kitchen area. The kitchen had a large fridge with small freezer compartment and there was a microwave and oven top. There were some utensils in the cupboards too. There is a Mercadona about 5-10minutes walk away and a bakery and cafe about five minutes away too. There is a bus stop immediately outside the accommodation. "Great value for money. Really nice fellow at reception, waiting for my late arrival in the evening. It's an old building, some areas of the room show that, but bathroom really clean and updated. Other areas are more modernised. Quiet, my room looked to the street, but no noise. I had a great night sleep. When I need to spend a night in Santander, no doubt, I will book it again."

Not Fancy But Very Clean And Excellent Location

"The room was small and not fancy but very clean and maintained. The bathroom was larger than we expected and also very clean. The hotel staff (the front desk of the hotel across the street serves both hotels) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It's a great location, too. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Santander."
