Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service

The hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist areas, but since we rented a car, transportation wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms were clean, and the service was good. However, the hotel doesn’t provide irons for borrowing, so it’s a good idea to bring your own steamer. One small inconvenience was that guests have to hand their keys to reception every time they leave the hotel, due to past issues with lost keys. It wasn’t a major problem but worth noting. There are a few local restaurants nearby, though they’re a bit of a walk away—especially since the roads are hilly. Overall, the hotel staff were welcoming, and we had a pleasant stay.

It’s ok but management isn’t very friendly.

The property is quiet and off the beaten path. It close enough to Santa Teresa di Gallura which is really nice. The closest beach is tiny and not great, but the pool is nice. The onsite restaurant was unexpectedly closed indefinitely and 12 euros a person for breakfast is highway robbery. There were spiders in our room which really bothered the kids and we found some later in our backpacks on our day trips which was not great. It’s probably because there are no screens on the windows so if you open them, things come in. The water heater in the bathroom leaked and the management acted like we had broken it when it was leaking before we got there. Walking into an unexpected puddle in the bathroom is not pleasant. There are no blackout shades so the whole family was up with the sun which is ok but makes for a very long day since dinner is late. If your kids can handle that, then it doesn’t matter, but ours were tiiiiired. They also sent threatening messages the day before we left about charging us 90euros if we left later than 10:00 and 200euros if we didn’t take out the trash and recycle properly. You should also know that there is no WiFi on most of the property. Overall the front desk staff is nice but the management could refine their people skills.

Das Appartement war in Ordnung, Ausstattung ist sehr Basic, ein Wasserkocher wäre schön. W-lan überall wäre toll gewesen und heutzutage eigentlich überall Standard. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen, sehr teuer für was es ist. Auch wenn auf Schildern ein Restaurant beworben wird, gibt es keins.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits avec notre petit chien. Du coup obligés par l'établissement de prendre un appartement. Il y a un supplément quotidien pour le chien alors qu'il n'y a pas de ménage pendant la durée du séjour. Ni de petit déjeuner. Dans l'appartement pas de cafetière ni de micro-ondes. Équipement minimum, lit très inconfortable. Par contre on reçoit 3 mails par jour pour dire de laisser propre, de partir avant 10h et de sortir les poubelles..j'attendais mieux d'un Resort 4 étoiles.

Très bonne expérience

Séjour d'une semaine. Nous étions sans voiture. L'hôtel est accessible par le bus de Olbia mais après il faut marcher 8 mn le long de la route sans trottoir depuis la ville de Porto Pozzo. Le personnel de l'accueil a organisé pour nous la réservation des taxis pour tout notre séjour avec des tarifs négociés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs. Le service était parfait et fiable. La gentillesse de tout le staff était très agréable. La chambre était simple et propre. Le matelas pas très confortable mais ça passe. Une jolie piscine qui manque de parasols pour se mettre à l'ombre mais bien fournie en transats. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts.

Hyggeligt, venligt og pænt

Vi ankom til stedet og blev mødt af et venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelset vi boede i var lyst, rent og pænt med gode senge. I det lille køkken var der de ting der skulle bruges for at kunne lave lettere madretter. Udendørs områderne med terrassen hvor vi kunne sidde og spise var fine. Området omkring poolen var rene og pæne og poolen også. Der var ofte ikke så mange ved poolen om formiddagen men om eftermiddagen kunne sol stolene hurtig blive fyldt. Alt i alt et rigtig rart ophold, et hyggeligt sted hvor tingene er i orden

Het appartement was prima, maar je krijgt maar 1 keer in de week schonen handdoekenen gelijk nieuwe lakens. Er wordt niet even het toilet schoongemaakt. Wanneer je extra handdoeken wil moet je er extra voor betalen. Wij moesten er ook zelf om vragen wanneer we nieuwe handdoeken kregen. Je moet er om 10 uur uit en dat is ook echt 10 uur. Desondanks kwamen we in de ochtend aan en toen konden we al ons appartement in. Erg fijn met een vroege vlucht.
