There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. Also, the advertisement mentions a kitchen where you can prepare food. As we had children, that would have been welcome, but the kitchen hardly had utensils to...

"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."
