"Great hotel, very helpful staff"

"We have stayed in Hotel Europa in August. Considering August is a school holiday for most of the countries the hotel seemed quiet and relaxed as there were not that many people around. Kids absolutely loved pool area, it was actually lovely area to relax after sight seeing all day in the heat. Lovely and friendly staff. The only negative for us was 15th of August evening as the bar was closed due to dinner service so you couldn’t get a cold refreshment for kids at all, surely they could have been one person to attend the bar when needed as there were not that many guests staying, the bar didn’t reopen until after 11pm. Over all very nice stay and great location "

"if you are looking for a place to relax, then this is it, a sort of vacation from my vacation. You should definitely have a car to get around, but driving is very easy in the area and a quick drive to the beach. i’m in the states, but I vacation in Italy a lot, and my vacations are normally very hectic because I’m trying to squeeze everything in, this stay was the perfect break from all of that, I highly recommend it."

"We loved our stay. Really peaceful, great size rooms, beautiful gardens. Food at the restaurant in the evening was amazing. Dog friendly and a beautiful location to walk them around. Staff at both the hotel and restaurants were friendly and helpful. "

"Excellent service. From the moment I arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations.Valeria and Vincenzo are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay. Very attentive and responsive. Valeria herself picked me up at the train station and drove me to her wonderful hotel that is located at the center of the city, next to shops, restaurants and walking distance to the Santuario of San Francesco di Paola. My room was very comfortable, clean and large with a lovely balcony. Thank you very much!"
