As someone else said, this is a wonderfully quiet, budget friendly boutique hotel. The walk to the beach and the many excellent restaurants, shops and tour offerings is along unusually smooth, level sidewalks ;). All of the staff were wonderful. At least one of the lovely staff at reception spoke excellent English. We stayed in a double bed room, which was perfectly clean, the air conditioning worked perfect, the balcony had a beautiful view, and the mattresses although firmer than ours at home, were great. The breakfast we had at the hotel restaurant was the best we’ve had in Huatulco - this includes that the coffee was the best we’ve had! Not only will we 100% stay here again, we cancelled the bookings we had made at other accommodations so we can stay here for our remaining 3 weeks.

The 3rd floor was suppose to be newer but the bathroom was so small you could barely move in it and nowhere to put anything. The your buses park the vehicle on the main road and one day there were 5. To loud to sit on the balcony. The price per night was good but I think I would prefer to pay more for a more relaxing stay.

Very nice people. But patio door doesn't lock, beds tiny and very hard, bad pillows, good location. No safe. Expensive for what you get. Loud street noise. No shower wall or curtain. Steps up to get in bathroom. Lighting and plugs not good. Wish it was better as I liked th staff and location.

A round of applause for Paola, the front desk receptionist. She went completely out of her way to make our stay excellent. She was attentive and always greeted us with a smile. We will be coming back here, mostly because of her. Prices were reasonable and the room was a solid size. Water pressure was so-so, but that's most places in this part of the world. Conveniently located to Playa Santa Cruz and not far from La Crucecita.

When we visited (January of ‘24) there was construction going on, which impacted which rooms we could stay in. The hotel is VERY noisy, especially when people show up and are chatting in the common areas. The employees are extremely friendly, the room clean but not well furnished, the A/C is cold and functional, and the attached brunch restaurant below (Niszul) was a highlight of our trip. Overall, you get what you pay for here.

Great little gem

We found this gem by walking to the beach and taking a random side street. Loved the building and the colours… As we walked by, we asked about the mezcal on display and the manager came out. We chatted with her (Monica) and became instant friends. She was so accommodating and friendly we booked a room few days later. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. There was some work being done in the building across the street, and the staff actually approached us, apologizing for the noise. They offered to move us to a different room, which was nicer and away from the construction. They have everything you need, like air conditioning (which we didn’t use), daily housekeeping, clean towels, television, and use of a fridge. They are also only a two minute walk to the beach. Exceptional service by Monica, Paula and Esther!

No había recepcionista, la persona que me atendió era personal de limpieza, misma que no encontraba mi reserva y no pudo hacerme el cargo con tarjeta . En mi habitación no hubo agua caliente , ni servía la regadera , ya que salió muy poca agua. Para concluir , debo mencionar que llegaron excursionistas y se pusieron a jugar cartas hasta pasada la media noche . Esto sucedió en las pequeñas salas de uso común . Ni aquí en reportarle la situación , ni había nadie en la recepción . Pésima estancia . La habitación estuvo limpia . Lo único rescatable , además de su cercanía a la playa .

Accesible a la playa

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación accesible a la playa y zona turística, no es muy elegante, no había toallas, no había cortinas en regadera y cuenta con todo lo básico para tu estadía, el personal fue amable y facturan sin complicación.

la ubicacion esta a perfecta acercania del zocalo y de la playa caminando 2 cuadras. La gerencia y personal son muy amables y serviciales . Debido a la construcción en la propiedad no se puede dormir hasta tarde y eso es una molestia pero es lo unico . Me volveria a hospedar mis proximas vacaciones ahi mismo !!
