Staff are very nice. i had requested a lower floor room around the pool, but did not get one even though there were at least 3 of these rooms vacant for 3 days in a row. Good location, can walk to Santa Cruz and into town. No lunch specials any more and food prices have gone up considerably from 2 years ago."

"This was a lovely property. The Binnigueda IS NOT situated on the beach. You do have to take a shuttle or walk 8 minutes to the adjacent Niru beach club for beach access. Not a problem at all, just be aware. The service was fantastic and Abraham, Daniel and Thomas were excellent at making sure all our needs were met!
