"I had intended to report that the staff at the hotel where excellent polite and excellent until my last night there but my last night I called the front desk and asked for a 5:00 a.m. wake up call and never received one. The first issue I expereinced was use of the airport shuttle. I arrived on a Sunday and they do not have a shuttle on Sundays, only Monday through Saturday. They arranged for a taxi but I had to pay for it. My first room was attrocious including a leaky toilet so after two days I will moved to a different room which wad better but not much. They do have flat screen TVs but don't have cable so only two local stations that they get by antenna. I my second room I was unable to even reach the local stations. The only thing the TV was good for was to hand wet towels to dry. There are only two electricl outlets in the room and none in the bathroom. I paid for a third person in the room, 500P per night which was reasonable. Our room did not have available shower caps on a pot to heat water for coffeee, these are only available in executive rooms which is not clear on the booking site. When the room was cleaned they did not leave enough towels and spreads for all three occupants and we often had to pick them up or call to have them delivered. The third person was given a blanket with holes or no blanket at all on several occasions. The location is good but otherwise this hotel was very dissappointing."
"The staff were warm and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, during my stay, the room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Instead of a proper comforter as advertised, only a thin blanket was provided, and the pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The water pressure was very weak, and the surroundings were extremely noisy, with drilling going on during my stay. Overall, the amenities felt outdated, which significantly affected the quality and comfort of the experience."
"The property outside was not so nice. The room we had was great. Clean and moden upgraded room. If had to stay in this area again. This will be my first choice."
