"I really liked this apparement. It was a little noisy and you can hear people going into their rooms and walking around upstairs quite a lot, not amazing for a light sleeper. However the room was just as the pictures showed and was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and stay there and recommend. Staff were lovely and it was really easy to walk around. It felt very safe as a solo female. "

"We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...

"Had a lovely stay. First time to lisbon and wasnt fully aware of the hills. Was close to a good bit of action but walking from central plaza back to room is a bear. Luckily it is on a bus line and uber is dirt cheap. If using bus or tram be sure to study the routes since the system can be confusing. Back to apartment, each morning fresh baked rolls are left on door handle. Housekeeping meticulous about cleaning and restocking room."

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The people working there are very friendly & super accommodating. The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are beautifully decorated & absolutely spotlessly clean! There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We liked it so much that we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Perfect in every way!"

"When we booked, the confirmation said we would be emailed the access code 24 hours before. This didn't happen. The property had a code key, an intercom doorbell and a sign. The say said to enter the code or if you don't have your code ring the local number. We rang the local number and was told to press the doorbell to be let in. quick to resolve but worrying when looking for an email that was never sent. Appartment was excellent, use again."

Such a Gem!!

"Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in quite early since our flight arrived at 9am Lisbon time and technically check in wasn't until 3pm. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the clay pots that were available for use during our stay. Each floor had a coffee/tea area which was convenient. The hotel was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk to quite a few locations. Also, there was Lime/Bolt scooters readily available just out the main doors. Our dinner was amazing at Mojjo. It helped us to translate the menu into Portuguese, however, if you are ordering make sure you show the item in Portuguese as it does not translate the best and our waiter was a little confused. The desserts were the best that we had throughout our whole trip. The hotel was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have TV in the room so we could watch Premiere League/La Liga during our stay. But all in all, would definitely recommend or stay there again!"

"The only suggestion I have is that for women doing their makeup, the lighting could be better and maybe even put in a dimmer switch. I have one in my bath at home and I really like it. Early in the morning and late at night, I don't want bright lights. This can also help your sleep by dimming the evening light."

"This is an excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nicely located between the Baixa and Alfama neighborhoods and is very close to some excellent restaurants. We had a great time here."
