"Beautiful property with amazing food and even a great gym and spa. It is a bit removed from the city center but they are always willing to find transportation. "
"We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. The hill is a bit of a climb (especially in the July heat) but worth it for the views and to stay in this lovely setting "
"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

Incredible area to explore. Definitely walk to Portofino and spend the afternoon at the beach in Paraggi! An incredible experience.

Excellent
SM is a perfect base to explore both SM and Portofino. I'd choose it over staying in Portofino.

Taxi cab service from Santa Marguerita to Porto Fino was wildly expensive for a 10 minute drive

This hotel is in Paraggi, a small beach cove, not in Santa Margherita, which is bigger center. Wonderful, pieceful place, with frequent bus connection to both Santa Margherita and Portofino.
"Hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. A bit our team f the city, but that is why I booked this location. Very easy to access by Taxi."
"Our dinner at Il Leccio was, without question, the best meal we had during our entire time in Santa Margherita. From the moment we arrived, Lucca and Monica, along with the entire staff, made us feel incredibly welcome—warm, genuine hospitality that elevated the entire evening.
The food was beyond exceptional—every dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The care and passion from the kitchen came through in every bite.
The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still a short and scenic trip from both Portofino and Santa Margherita.
We’re already dreaming about our return. Grazie mille to Lucca, Monica, and the whole team for an unforgettable night. We can’t wait to come back!"
"Second time staying here and that is for this reason, this place is great, best hotel in the region, a bit off the main drag in a good way, steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, cafe etc. the staff is amazing the breakfast is actually pretty decent by Italian standards.
