"Nice Southwestern vibe, staff friendly and generally helpful. Food in restaurant and lounge was excellent. Appreciated the free yoga class on weekends. Safe in our room didn't work due to low batteries. After a fairly long wait, maintenance person came to fix it but it still didn't work. We enjoyed the hot tub on the first day of our stay but it was out of order the last 3 days of our stay. Noticeable smoke smell in our room due to dining room fireplace. "

"Great location, easily walkable to the central square. Plenty of parking for $10/day, a bargain in Santa Fe. Fairly inexpensive room compared to the other nearby options. Carpet in the room was soiled and ready for cleaning or replacement, but otherwise the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Room was serviced daily but the empty body wash dispenser in the shower was empty our whole stay and not refilled during housekeeping service. "There was one word that consistently came to my mind during our stay: charm. The people were charming. Well before our arrival, they had sent a personal welcome text. Not some AI generated crap. "What a comfy little gem of a place! My husband and I were very comfortable in our suite with our cozy fireplace. We absolutely loved the added amenities of having food and beverages in the lounge, once again, cozy in front of a fire. Staff was extremely kind and thoughtful! We enjoyed walking to the farmers market, restaurants and even the plaza. Highly recommend!:)"
