Gorgeous Country Lodge.

What a beautiful spot! Lovely property with modern facilities in a stunning setting. Huge pool area with lots of spaced out comfortable sun beds and a handy well stocked pool bar with attentive staff. An absolute unexpected bonus was the incredibly high quality food in the garden restaurant. Worth it for this alone, but everything was top notch. Staff, spa, rooms. Excellent! Already planning to take friends for a birthday treat in spring.

bel hôtel, situé dans un environnement très agréable et calme. Bel chambre mais avec un décor qui a fait son temps, un tapis immonde sur le sol gâchait tout le charme et le sur matelas un peu inconfortable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et tout était délicieux sauf le pain qui était du pain industriel, dommage. En ce qui concerne la restauration j’ai trouvé que tout était très cher par rapport à d’autres restaurants dans les villages à côté. Magnifique spa.

Lugar excepcional.Enclave privilegiado.

Habitación comodísima. Limpieza y atención inmejorable. La comida y la profesionalidad del servicio de enhorabuena. El Spa y el personal de los tratamientos Ok. Gimnasio óptimo. He repetido visita y volveré en cuanto pueda. Solo he encontrado una pega ,que aunque la habitación es comodísima el baño aún tiene bañera. Me gustan más las habitaciones con ducha.

Je recommande pour un week end au calme

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel adorable cependant il est vrai que l’hôtel manque un petit coup de rafraîchissement ( applique murale quasiment dévissé du mur porte serviette idem, joint de la paroi de douche cassé donc l’eau coulait sur le sol .. )

排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴

Buen hotel que deberia mejorar en algunas areas

Hotel bonito pero falla la comunicación transparente de la recepción hacia el cliente. Nos ofrecen un descuento y otros regalos para nuestra próxima visita solo si hacemos la reserva a traves de ellos y no de hotels.com. No me ofrecieron esta promocion cuando les llamé antes de reservar por la aplicación. Las chicas de la limpeza abrieron la puerta de la habitación sin esperar a saber si estabamos presentables. Room too dark, very small bed side table, bed was hard, not enough bath soap for 2, safe lock and room door lock didn’t work in one occasion and had to ask for assistance, so twice in total. The rest was good Reception service was ok but not the best as the receptionist said we couldnt use pitch and putt as we were not experts. Hay muchos niños, no recomendable si se quiere experiencia adults only.
