"A very nice hotel , located right by the villa Torlonia ( a very stunning park to walk around) the area feels generally safe and the hotel is secure and gated. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely reception lady who was very helpful and prepared us for our stay ahead and explained everything we needed to know. "The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was great with all the amenities I needed. Although the hotel wasn’t necessarily in the city centre it was right across from a major train station which made it so easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

"Room is soundproofed, didn't hear any sound from the street, next door nor the corridor. Room is clean, pleasant design, love the bricked roof. Mary at the front desk is exceptionally accommodating. Nice cafe for breakfast, good pizzeria, and restaurant, all on the same street as the hotel within 2 mins walk. Metro, Termini, and attractions are 10-20 min walk away."

"My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. "We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"We found the staff to be helpful, breakfast was great and it was clean and modern. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Especially liked the rooftop terrace for a drink at the end of the day, the bartender knew his stuff as did all the staff. The view from the terrace at night was stunning. Will stay again. "Well located near Roma Termini if you are taking the Metro to the sights or a train for an out of town excursion or the airport (FCO). Lots of eating choices nearby including the Mercato Centrale Roma also in the station! Included breakfast was great, and became our most dependable meal of the day!"
