"This hotel is an absolute gem! The view from our room of La Concha Beach was by far one of the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. David the concierge went above and beyond for our stay. Make sure you ask him for restaurant recommendations. He will not disappoint. We did not want to leave! "We stayed 6 nights while touring San Sebastián and did some day trips to Bilbao, Biarritz and Bayonne. We enjoyed the 35 minute walk into the old town passing by the seaside. The hotel was the perfect place for us after a long day of exploring San Sebastián. Facilities were exactly what we needed. We will be back. "

"Well thought out accommodation in the heart of the bustling old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The downside of being so close to the action is noise, but we expected it and didn’t bother us. Eco points dropped for having those small plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel. Please replace with refillable containers! 😊 All in all an inexpensive stay in the midst of the town which is clean, modern and friendly. Oh! And the shower was amazing!!!"
