"Room 206. Like: Property had a good structure, well lay out and airy. Plus with the recent remodeling the full room that elevated the room quality significantly. Room was spacy. Bed was comfortable. Dislike: Bed base was a sheet metal wrap around that make noise and echo noise when my feet hitting the frame. Note sure why the facility chose this material that might cause pain if guest hit it harder. Bed sheets were older and had existing stain. Bath towels were mixed of old and new. Continental breakfast had one waffle maker that takes 2.5 min. Guests lined up in queue. Adding a second maker might be best. Coffee quality could be better. Overall, I would like to grade 4.5 star for the experience. "

"We were in San Jose for a Portuguese festa. We had two adults and 4 children. The room was spacious with two queens and a sofa/coffee table. Breakfast was complimentary and yummy. Something for everyone. "

"An amazing stay at the Element. Clean hotel, kitchenette in the room, heated pool and hot tub. Kevin, the manager was welcoming as well as the gentleman behind the bar. The only minus is that the room should have a set of towels for each registered guest. We had to ask for 2 more sets. I still say 5 stars! "

"My room was in the tower - it was huge, well-thought out and well-appointed. It felt more like an apartment. It was extremely quiet and the black-out curtains didn't leave gaps ;) Pillows were excellent quality. The food and coffee options in the lobby were also excellent. I'm going to use the heated pool next time!"
