"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "

"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find "

Perfect hotel by San Telmo Bus station

"Just the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Las Palmas. Next to San Telmo bus station, easy walking distance to the historical old city, the shops and fabulous restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet considering the main road is nearby. Coffee shop on site with good coffee. Would highly recommended and will definitely come back when we are next in Las Palmas. "

Great value for money, though a little dated.

Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of maspalomas including the dunes in the distance. However the heated pools weren't heated much and we're too cold unless the weather was perfect Staff: very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room on arrival. Overall: overall the value for money really can't be beat and had a great stay, just wish it was longer!"

"Really good stay. Excellent location. Still quiet and felt secure. Small gym with running machine, bike, dumbbells and a bench. Didn't use any other facilities. Yes there can be some noise from the adjoining room - ie. hearing TV or talking but it wasn't unbearable. I'd suggest if you are traveling with friends maybe do they adjoining room thing together."
