"Lovely hotel, room was beautiful. Was initially concerned when there were no curtains. As I’m a light sleeper, was worried about light coming in - but it was fine. I did find the room a little cold, my husband found it hot! But the room was gorgeous. We stayed in the deluxe conte. It had a lounge area, the bathroom was huge. "I travel a lot and this was the best hotel, service, experience in a decade at least. Everyone that works at this hotel was exceptional. They treat you as if you are the only guest in their home. A special call out to Fabio who went above and beyond from day one. I will only at this hotel when going to Venice again. It is absolutely the best"
