"The people at the hotel are fantastic, super friendly. We had a reservation for a suite for 3 people and apparently there was a situation and they put us in two bedrooms. The service allowed us to leave our luggage for a longer time after checking out. One of the bedrooms does not look very good, the two tables by the bed were different, one square and one round, the closet and the bathroom look very worn. The bed was comfortable."

Murano is very accessible using the Vaporetto, that we bought for $25 or so per person for 24 hrs. Hotel very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast is not included but same thing you can access anywhere, so, for us, special treatment as a guest, was a most and convenient to start moving around."
