"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a time per person so we just didn't use it in the end. Had it been really cold outside I know I'd have wanted to use the hot tub every day. They need to make this clear. "

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower. Overall suitable for a family ski weekend but perhaps a bit expensive for the quality. "
