"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Food was great, pools were stunning and staff were lovely. The most peaceful and relaxing hotel I have stayed in. Definitely want to return here!! Parking at hotel is free so highly recommend a car to travel around. We did this and it was definitely worth it as there are beautiful places to see on the island and great restaurants. FANTASTIC!"

"When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house! However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. The pool area is really rustic and special, and at times you could literally hear a pin drop around it. If they were to add a few little luxury touches to the room/bathroom it would make all the difference in terms of comfort and we just felt that at over £300 a night, it should have been a better standard. Including the toiletries as they seemed very cheap with the conditioner very runny, smelling of pva glue and not conditioning at all, so do remember to pack plenty of your own! All in all it was a lovely stay - the staff are extremely kind & courteous and we adored the relaxed vibe of the island."

"We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon, we arrived really early but the reception staff were so welcoming and let us chill by the pools and get some lunch until our room was ready, I would say it's definitely worth paying extra for the sea view balcony room we stayed in room 30 and the view was incredible! The room was clean and spacious, it had pretty much everything we could need for our stay, even a clothes airer for wet swimsuits and towels and a mini kitchen which was super helpful if we just wanted to chill out some days! the only thing that was missing about the room was there is no full length mirror but thinking back we didn't really miss it. There is on street parking or a car park just by the hotel, when we arrived we were told white line markings mean free parking, blue is paid parking and green is residents only, which was super helpful for our whole trip, ( majority of parking is free around the hotel ). The hotel is just a few minutes walk from binibeca vell which was lovely, nice to see what appeared to be locals owning the homes in such a beautiful part of menorca, it does get quite busy during the day and around sunset though but nothing crazy, there are 4 or 5 lovely restaurants in the town along side the hotel restaurant where we never had a bad meal, we really have nothing bad to say about the restaurant at all, stunning location, stunning food and amazing staff!!! "

"The ac was not working well but the hotel came to our room and fixed it right away. The main pool was great and the location to the beach and main road was very walkable. Loved it"
