"Check in was straightforward. Our room wasn’t ready but the lady on reception said she would ring me as soon as it was available. She showed us to some lockers to leave our cases. I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. "The check-in is very late 4pm - saying that I called and they let me keep the suitcases inside. Very nice , friendly and helpful receptionists. Beautiful old Building full of character . Top roof terrace swimming pool. The apartment is big enough a huge king size extra large bed and a comfortable sofa bed . Kitchen with all you need . Laundrette room to be use if necessary. Very quiet area. Highly recommended. Perfect for families and not."

"Lovely appt. Despite it saying on another website that we could, we were not allowed bring our bicycles to the appt and only for Maria the really nice girl at reception allowing us put them in the laundry room we would not have been able to stay there. "

"It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...

"Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again"

"We enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean property. Communication was excellent and the keyless entry system which was from an app on our phone was perfect. The location of this property was very central in the historic district. The apartment suites are only a year old and thoughtfully designed. We would highly recommend this property for those wishing to explore beautiful Cadiz. "

"Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez.
