"Built into the hillside this hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff extremely attentive and considerate. From valet parking to a private hotel tour after the included breakfast, everything is 5 star. One of the servers offered to show us 2 cave rooms and brought our chai along. With obviously a rich heritage in the adjacent parks and museums, the hotel is a reflection of the wonderful welcoming culture of the area. "

"Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the
