"Please do not stay here! I cannot stress that enough. This hotel moved us around multiple times to different locations within the same hotel. at one point they took us to a new room that required walking a long distance outside in the snow and ice. When we arrived it was the wrong room and was dirty. At this time it was 5 am and we did not want to move rooms again. We agreed to stay until the snow stopped. During this time we did not sleep just researched new hotels. From only sitting on the bed...

"The room was big with everything you want for a longer stay - fridge, microwave, and washer. Housekeeping everyday and with soaps and shampoo you get cleaning detergent for laundry. Solid, reliable wifi and comfortable sofa. Ultra clean and guests can access easily without annoying lobby interference. "

"Since my phone wasn’t compatible with WeChat or Alipay, I faced some challenges during my stay in China. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful. Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University. On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account. He also arranged our trip to the Great Wall of China, booking a car and giving us great tips—like leaving early to avoid traffic and returning by early afternoon. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming."

"The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast ample. WiFi not that good, slow and restricted. Knowledge of English of the staff should improve. Though they use an on-line translator, it would be easier to make understand directely."

"Excellent hotel with great staff and service. The food is outstanding. A truly luxury hotel in all aspects. The location is very good and close to many attractions, and a few minutes walk to Wangfujing pedestrian street with lots of local shops and major international brand stores. A vibrant place for an evening walk or shopping. Recommend booking stay with inclusion of the Grand Hyatt Lounge which is also very family friendly. "
