"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

"A beautiful colonial building. The room was very spacious and clean with good views. Staff were very welcoming and were happy to help us in every way with excellent food in the restaurant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Arcadia Resort . "

"There is nothing noteworthy about this property. There are no restaurants nearby and the one in house is not that good in terms of ambience, food choice etc. Breakfast was ok. "

"The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days."

"It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended"

"Excellent property – rooms, grounds, restaurant and service – with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooms. Staff were superb; a member of the party experienced a bad fall – without prompting, the staff did everything to make the remainder of our stay as comfortable as possible.
