"Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. "Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it. "

Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"연휴에 아기 있는 친구들과 함께 파인트리 키즈 풀빌라에 다녀왔어요. 왜 다들 애기 있으면 키즈 펜션을 찾는지 이번에 확실히 알겠더라고요. 😊 수영장은 추가요금을 내면 33도 또는 36도의 따뜻한 미온수로 이용할 수 있어서 아기들이 춥지 않게 물놀이를 즐길 수 있었어요. 놀이기구나 전동차 같은 시설도 다양해서 마치 작은 놀이동산에 온 느낌이었고, 아이들이 너무 신나게 놀아서 저희도 잠깐 쉴 시간이 생겼답니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 필요한 게 다 준비돼 있어서 편했고, 저녁엔 객실 테라스에서 바베큐도 즐길 수 있었어요. 아기와 함께하기 정말 좋은 곳이라 추천드려요! 😊"

Good for a local experience on a budget

"Friendly staffs and even with little and no English to communicate, I still was able to understand their system. The room I booked was small but enough space for me. There was a computer and key board that took up too much space they need to get rid of. The bed had a heating blanket, so it was very nice and warm. There was no room service unless requested and there is an area on every floor to grab clean towels, clean sheets, Max coffee and water. They have a Laundry room that they offer guest to DIY so that was very useful. The train stations are close by, just about 10 mins walk, and there is a street and indoor market 2 mins walk. The area is very nice if you want to experience staying where locals live, work and shop. I enjoyed staying there to experience the local lifestyle. "
