We went to have a late check in at this hotel and the front desk was closed. You could hear and see people, but they refused to check you in the smell of pot was overwhelming. When they finally did answer, they told us the elevator was broken and we would be on the fourth floor. Needless to say, we walked out the door.

The staff don't said any instruction. Elevator not working my wife and I 74 and 69 years old need to use escalator to 3rf floor and the escalator so dirty and stinky also the room with roches and smoke sting. Worst experience ever. Extended Stay in Sanford FL the worst hotel ever Expidia need to get more info before offer the nightmare hotel please

Worst hotel I have ever been to! This place should be condemed! Roaches every where, filthy, the smell is unbelievable, blood on the walls, walls and floors have NEVER been wiped down or cleaned, bed sheets are disgusting! They definitely have not been washed prior to our stay. Disgusting is an understatement for how bad this "hotel" is!

The hotel smelled like urine and pot. Our bathroom smelled mildew/mouldy requiring no the fan to be left on for entire stay. Beds were comfortable linens clean. Room itself was clean BUT killed 7 cockroaches over evening. They say for every 1 bug seen there’s 100 you don’t. 1st receptionists lovely, 2nd rude and abrasive. Needs a fumigation, deep carpet cleaning and some bleach.

If you get in after hours, there’s no one at the front desk. You have to call someone. Although it did not take long for them to come after we called, but was not expecting that.
