Property is very new. Rooms and hallways have chemical smell still so if you are sensitive I would wait a few months before staying here. Rooms are small (like a camper) but very nice. Art on wall gave pedo vibe and small red dog sex statues in lobby were weird. Otherwise hotel is very nice.

The breakfast in the hotel is not much of anything at all. It’s not really that good at all not worth the money I paid for it. That’s for sure.

Location is great for walking/exploring Dublin. Hotel is clean and new. Lobby area is lovely. Breakfast is okay- only hot foods were boiled eggs, sausages and hash browns. There are much nicer and cheaper brunch places around. We really didn’t like the fact that there was no tea/coffee/water in room but communal places throughout building. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel. And having a vending machine with normal hotel room amenities is awful! You have to pay for a dental kit etc! Hotel staff were training so forgivable but we weren’t directed to our room (which was cooped away in separate section of hotel only accessible by separate lift) so ended up searching on main floors to find it. Also were due to be given drinks vouchers but were never given them… just not quite up to scratch for what I was expecting based on previous reviews.
