So there are a few things that you must consider when staying here: 1. The hotel is 9 minutes away driving time from the nearest store. So if you are not driving it's going to be a little walk. 2. The hotel is ran by Indians and most of them do not understand english very well but they are polite but not welcoming. They are there to do a job and that is it nothing extra. 3. The hotel staff most times rarely wear uniforms ( specifically the house keepers) which I find to be very unprofessional because you don't know who is who and your trust level towards this individual being in your room with your personal items drops really love because they came be a random stranger posing as a employee as a guest we do not know the difference. 4. The quality of cleaning is poorrrrrrer. I accidentally removed the night stand as I was putting in my charger for my phone and the dust that I saw on the carpet. You can tell it has not been vacuumed for weeks. The microwave also filthy and so was the bathroom. While I did not have a bed bug problem (because I checked) I was able to identify that the mattresses are FILTHY!!!!!!!!! 5. The property all around is not well kept. When walking by the pool. It looked haunted. It is an indoor poor but the view outside was over grown weeds. The jacuzzi has caught take around it and it was out of order. Breakfast was very shabby. Thank God for cereal. So these are my top 5 concerns and the sad part about is that even the locals complain.

This was a very nice property in the right location for us. They are doing some remodeling to make it better in the coming months. They sell alcohol (which I didn’t see until checkout) at the front desk which I haven’t seen before, but I like the option.

The rear parking lot door was open 24x7, hot water took over 10 minutes to reach my room for the shower, room very worn, falling apart, but basically clean. AC cooled room but did not remove humidity Front Desk staff was nice, but English speaking was an issue at check-in and with WiFi connectivity issues. WiFI was slow but ok for simple email and surfing

I would never stay here again. The hotel is old and very rundown. The air conditioning did work and the hotel was fairly quiet. But there is no elevator (and this is a two-story property), the exhaust fan did not work, there was extensive water damage to the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, there were holes in the wall (and an area near the toilet that needed extensive drywall repair), lamp shades were cracked and broken, the towels themselves were frayed and had holes in them, and the safe did not work. I took pictures of all of these. They must have well water, because the water has an unpleasant “rusty” smell and taste that can be typical of well water. They have a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and the room was sufficiently dark when the curtains were closed. But I would never stay here again under any circumstances.

Upon arrival we had to switch rooms due to our fridge not working and then when we did move rooms, some of the lights didnt work and the bathroom looked unfinished. We then had to get a new key activated for our room upon entry every time and that was very inconvenient. The hot tub was never open and the pool was cold and the filtration system didnt seem to be working. The courtyard was unkept with lots of weeds and random piles of rocks were around the property. Then when we went to have breakfast, the toaster didnt work properly and the eggs/sausage was cold and not properly kept warm. The vending machines were not working as well and when it was brought to their attention, the staff could barely understand how to resolve it and no refund or solution was offered. The cost we paid for 2 nights was not worth it and we could have stayed at a cheaper hotel with better accommodations than this one.

I did not like anything about the property. It wasn’t particularly clean. When we arrived, the room smelled stale, almost like mildew or mold. The hot water did not work and when the maintenance worker came in to repair it, he left water all over the bathroom floor causing me to slip and almost fall. A continental breakfast was advertised and not provided. We did not have a pleasant experience at all.

Not well maintained. Heavy smell of curry immediately hits you once you walk into the lobby. Breakfast was horrible with limited items. There was no juice of any kind too. I will not be back.

The hot Tub was broken, on one side of the bed it was broken. The toilet barely flushed, the shower made screaming noises when you turned it and the handle for the shower was broken. You have to push a button to turn shower on instead of a normal handle. Mold around the edges of the tub. Only positive it was truly a non smoking room.

The hotel was convenient, it's only feature. Beyond that the advertised amenities were poor. Exceedingly limited breakfast items, no forks, staff was only getting started at 6am. Building itself was in a rundown condition. Staff were indistinguishable from guests. Water smelled of Sulphur. My daughter awakened with what appear to be bedbug bites. I'm not sure if the last linen change. Very poor experience not becoming of a Wyndham property or expedia client.

I know you are in the process of remodeling. My room was redone but the ceiling tile in bathroom was discolored from water leaking from 2nd floor. The paint was flaking in bathroom and I could see mold in that area. Don’t just make it look pretty - the problem is still there. Also I was going to sit outside since it was a beautiful day but the doors from pool were locked. It was overgrown with weeds
