"The service and cleanliness of the Guesthouse are fabulous. It serves a great breakfast. I gave 4 stars to the area around the facility, outside the gate, just to call attention to it being a mile from the center of Windhoek. The walk was not a problem for me, but it could be for a lot of folk. The management can order a car, and many tours will pick you up there."

"Great affordable option in Windhoek. The rooms are a bit dated, but has everything you need. There isn't much right around the hotel to walk to, but that wasn't an issue for us. The receptionist/manager(?) lady was very nice. Would stay here again."

"Ups Most of the staff were friendly, and the facility looked great. The room wasn’t very spacious but was generally clean. I would recommend this hotel for either the first or last stay in Namibia, as many others already do. Downs There were just two areas that seemed to have room for improvement: 1. "The hotel is clean but loud. The management tries too hard to make it a first class experience without success. The restaurant is clean and the food is okay, but not high grade cuisine. Restaurant staff is friendly but has no idea how to serve , which most of the people in that restaurant didn't even notice. It's a 3 star hotel, wanting to be a 5 star hotel."

"We stayed 2 nights in the village. The suite was perfect for our needs and it is located in a lovely community space. But the check in was challenging. I received two different codes for the lockbox, before realizing I was using the wrong one. There was no instruction for internet and although we finally manage to connect after locating rhe router behind the tv, the connection was very poor. So overall a great place but guest management could be better."
