The guesthouse was cleaned + continence ... Located at town, near to city bus station, central market and etc ... Daily needs + breakfast are provided with good air conditioning that will chill your night.

Not Efficient staff
Sorry to say. I'm so disappointed during arriving at night with hope I can get my room because I already booked a week before. But the staff said that they didn't get the notification from Expedia (the truth is they didn't check their email) for my booking so they sell my booking room to others without confirmed my arrival (Yes of course they sell because they said they didn't received the notification). The staff came out with solution for us to take another hotel. Thanks for the night staff because helping us.

Great value for money
Very spacious room with air con and adequate shared bathroom. Staff were very friendly and are able to arrange tours for you if you should want them. Free breakfast every morning. Good location in the middle of Sandakan. Great value for money. Only negative was the Wi-Fi lagged a little, but it was okay.
