Avremmo dovuto avere una stanza con il patio o cmq un’uscita all’esterno; abbiamo avuto una topaia nel seminterrato infestata dalle blatte e con una piccola finestrella in alto. Solo due mini saponette senza nessun kit di cortesia.

Ottima posizione!
Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso 6gg presso questa struttura, prenotando una camera Basic : la nostra camera era nel seminterrato, letto sfondato, cuscini quasi inesistenti (erano estremamente bassi), tv grande circa come un tablet, assenza di aria condizionata (c'era solo un ventilatore su una sedia), arredamento trasandato, assenza di qualsiasi supporto su cui appoggiare i propri effetti (c'erano solo 2 piccoli tavolini che avevano la funzione di comodini); pulizia pressochè assente: in quasi una settimana ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani una sola volta su richiesta... esperienza sicuramente negativa!!! Non consiglierei questa camera a nessuno, e su Expedia non erano presenti tutte le informazioni, diversamente avrei optato per una camera standard o per un'altra struttura.

Basic room on expedia means basement. A parking garage turned into 3 hot, dark and humid dungeons. Feels like you have been kidnaped, but you have been robed insdeed. Terrible and not worth the money (45€!)

Die Lage ist von jeder Strasse entfernt und somit ruhig. Unser Zimmer war es leider nicht da es im Keller, unter dem Frühstückszimmer war und wir alle Bewegungen der Stühle hören konnten. Das Zimmer war ausserdem sehr feucht und kalt. Es hat so gerochen, als wäre es frisch gestrichen aber es war nur die Feuchtigkeit und das fehlende Lüften des Raumes. Als Bettdecken hatten wir nur ein Lacken, was vielleicht in der Hochsaison im Sommer reicht, aber für unseren Besuch im April war es definitiv zu wenig. Leider hatten wir das beim Einchecken nicht gesehen und als wir um Mitternacht aus unseren Ausflug zurückkamen wollten wir den Gastgeber nicht mehr anrufen (er hatte uns aber eine Nummer gegeben, falls er kommen müsse). Schade! Auf dem Weg zum Frühstück hatten wir schöne Zimmer gesehen, wir hatten leider kein Glück. Wir sind eine Stunde nach Frühstücksbeginn gekommen und assen, was halt übrig blieb.

Diversa struttura comunque ottima
All'arrivo veniamo informati che la camera prenotata non era disponibile in quanto allagata...veniamo dunque spostati su una struttura a un chilometro e mezzo di distanza. La nuova struttura era ottima, pulita e nuova.. peccato per le poche coperte a disposizione. Avremmo comunque preferito la struttura prenotata per via della distanza dal centro.

Ho soggiornato qui solo una notte con la famiglia.Il B&B esternamente si presenta bene ed anche il piano superiore.La nostra stanza si trovava in un seminterrato con un unica finestra 30x30 in bagno( e con 2 bambini non è l'ideale).L'accesso al seminterrato non è comodissimo e quella zona andrebbe più curata.La colazione buona ed il proprietario molto gentile.La posizione é ottima a 600-700 metri dal centro.Avrei preferito sapere che la mia stanza era in un seminterrato.

Völlig ausreichend für kurze Aufenthalte
Das Hotel liegt äußerst günstig zur Stadtmitte mit sämtlichen Bars & Restaurants. Höchstens 5 min zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Keller des Hauses, leider ohne Fenster. Aber dafür sauber und ohne Beanstandungen. Da wir nur 1 Nacht hier verbracht haben und keine Luxusausstattung erwartet haben ist das Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Auch der Service war aufgeschlossen und freundlich.

Scelto a caso per passare la notte dopo l'arrivo a Ollbia: è l'ideale ! Il titolare è gentilissimo e dispensa preziosi consigli in quanto a ristoranti, spiagge ed altro. La camera: pulita, accogliente e dotata del necessario. La posizione: perfetta, tra villette graziose e in luogo sicuro e silenzioso. A 300/400 mt dalla zona pedonale. Salvato in agenda.
