I enjoyed staying at BoulevArt Donostia. It was easy to communicate with the hotel via Expedia messages & phone calls. Instruction for check in was clear and the room was clean, spacious and quiet and had all amenities that we needed. Parking garage is right outside of the hotel which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Very well appointed rooms, superb location for the bustling Old Town. Public parking was available but €29.45 overnight.

A/C did not work the whole stay. It was reported since day one and assistance was never provided. They don’t respond to messages on a reasonable time frame. The cleaning lady, who does not know much, is the only staff in the property during the morning. The front desk person, arrive at the property passed 12, time when guests have already left the property. It is worth it the note that Expedia was not at much help either. I requested a full or partial refund and the most the they did was offer a $100 credit on my next trip, out of $750+ stay for 2 nights I paid for that property

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The proximity to most of the major attractions was fabulous and we were very happy to explore the city and come back for a rest before taking off again. The bed was comfortable and the quality of the room was very good. There isn’t a concierge present but if there are any issues they were resolved quickly. We would be happy to stay here again

Loved the location. Daniel greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. The only issue was that there isn't a 24-7 concierge available at a desk, but we were given a # to call if we needed anything.

All I wanted! Perfect situation in front of Hotel Maria Cristina just in centre of the city ! Entrance like Palace style, the white and wide bedrooms in contemporary style interior architecture with handmade painted tree brunch is the only coloured touch. I loved it ! Congratulations and thanks ! lola🌸

Mycket litet hotell i perfekt läge vid gamla staden. Renovering av fasaden pågick vilket störde en del under dagen. Annars tyst på natt. Vi såg ingen person förutom städpersonal. Ingen frukost tillgänglig men nära till caféer i området.

3人でスタジオルームに泊まりました。 明るくてきれいて使い勝手の良いキッチンもあって快適でした。 なんと言ってもロケーションが良かったです。オーナーのダニエルさんもフレンドリーでストレスフリーの滞在でした。 ホテルの看板とかなく、ちょっと入口が分かりづらいのが難点ですが、それ以外は使い勝手の良いホテルでした。

Great location for a short visit. Comfortable accomodation. The receptionist greeted us but we never saw anyone after that probably because it was a weeken. Guests are expected to communicate with staff via WhatsApp. It is very easy to miss the entrance as it is poorly signposted. There is a small sticker on the frame of the heavy door. The entrance is to the left of the ground floor burger king. Hotel is above it.

Mycket bra läge, nära till allt. Buller från gatan och nattliga leveranser till Burger King, våningen under, gjorde det svårt att sova. Trasiga kontakter som föll ur väggen och fönster som hängde på ett gångjärn men annars rent och sängarna var OK.
