"We had used this family oriented hotel a couple of times and had always had a good experience but this time we had the misfortune of experiencing some guests break the rules and peace this property offers there was a group of people staying that brough licor into the premises and we're making quite a lot of noise we understand the hotel has nothing to do with it but was very frustrating to see the staff asking them to come down and they not listening it was very disappointing."
