Everything was good, the people EXCELLENT, but the restaurant service is not full day. So we had breakfast only, but later... nothing, even a simple cup of coffee

I liked the parking, the exclusive area, the spaciousness of the rooms. What I didn't like in one room the air conditioning was not working, one towel was still dirty, they didn't change it. The menu was very limited, and the service hours in the restaurant were very scarce. In the rooms there is a very annoying musty smell. Overall the hotel is nice, but they should take care of the facilities, as they look old and unmaintained

The rooms are very poor and dirty and is smelling so bad and they’re just giving two towels and they don’t have enough sop their supply for personal hygiene. It is very poor and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

Las instalaciones están bien, sin embargo podrían estar mejor. Hay algunas mejoras que hay que realizar al elevador, puertas de baño en habitaciones, instalaciones en general. La comida de el restaurante no es de alta calidad.
