"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

The area is quite dodgy, lots of graffiti, and I wouldn't recommend walking towards the train station as it feels more like Naples than Rome. "Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town."

"Stay was fine, once we got in. Check in was difficult, no reception desk. Email sent me to address 36. The small sign is hard to see at night and especially if it’s raining. Had to bang on the door until someone answered. The person that answered had no idea there was a hotel in the apartment building. Also, 36 was wrong, should have been 14. Have to call for someone to let you in. "

"I reserved last minute and stayed two nights. The staff was very firendly, they have 24/7 reception. I stayed in a single room witha private bathroom that was very clean. "Absolutely perfect stay - check-in was great, room large and well appointed, beds comfortable, breakfast decent and varied (side note - how is coffee out of a machine in Italy SO much better than fresh coffee in the UK...). Hotel is in a great location for easy walking, acess to the metro and taxis. We had a great stay and highly recommend. "
