"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. "Very safe, secure and centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, museums, theaters, shopping, etc.. No visitors allowed was the only issue I had, so sure you understand this part. Other than that, 24 hr security lets you in safely without any riff-rafts intruding"

"Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours. "

"When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"Es ist eine einfache Pension mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche, in der alles vorhanden war, was man braucht. Der Host war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. An einem Abend hat er für alle Gäste „Arme Ritter“ zubereitet. (French Toast) Wer eine familiäre Situation mag und offen für andere ist kann hier gut unterkommen."

"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"We booked a night here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was a lovely hotel with lots to do! We could have happily spent a few more days here. "We booked a night here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was a lovely hotel with lots to do! We could have happily spent a few more days here. Check in was fast and friendly, the room was perfect and clean. There were food options, a pool, casino and even a place we could drop our rental car off. Excellent experience! "

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación muy favorable, cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la capital, cuenta con piscina y habitaciones con vista a ellas, tiene gym full equipado y restaurante 24/7 con Dennis, así como otros restaurantes dentro del mismo lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario, las camas super cómodas, no hay ruidos lo cual es importante, está en constante remodelación, muy recomendado por el precio. El único tema sería que la habitación tenía una puerta para unirse con la habitación de la par y se puede escuchar ruido durante las noches pero se entiende cuando lo que se busca es quedarse en familia y se necesita de esa manera, no sé si hay habitaciones sin estas puertas. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. En general muy recomendado todo"
