"This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the family suite and had the most perfect view of the Leaning Tower, I was in shock. The actual room itself is good, comfy beds, a fridge, tea/coffee and also clean. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags there before check in and after check which was very helpful. "Suitable location just 15 min walk to Pisa tower, nice pool with bar and coffee shop next to pool, market and restaurant just in front of reception, friendly staff and the property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen which is good for small family. There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! "It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The camp site is good for families and the staff were friendly. The restaurant and bar were very good and good value for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment/evening show is only aimed at children and is mainly in Italienne, it was learning songs and dance moves to the songs, which our 6 year old granddaughter was able to follow.
